How to Get Started

  • Apply for mortgage loan pre-approval from the approved lender partner

  • Schedule your Homebuyer Education - (Certificate of completion of an 8 hour HUD approved Homebuyer course is required)

  • Contact a DWHIP REALTOR® Specialist to obtain a list of available homes (usually foreclosed or short sale homes), purchase, and close on your home.
